Welcome to Sound of Sunshine Beach House, your coastal getaway on beautiful South Topsail Island. Nestled along the peaceful sound just one mile south of the Surf City Bridge and Pier, this family friendly retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and unforgettable sunsets. Wake up to the gentle sound of the coastal breeze and end your day with breathtaking sunset views over the sound. Just a 3-minute walk to Beach Access 25, you’ll have the best of both worlds here.
Good to know
We are on the right side of the house/property as you pull in. There is room for 3 regular-sized vehicles to tandem park. As you enter the foyer you will walk up stairs to the 1st floor: *Spacious Master Bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, & TV with ensuite bath that has 2 sinks & large walk-in shower. The master bedroom has its own deck with gorgeous sound views & Adirondack rockers. *Bedroom 2 has a queen & twin bed & TV with full ensuite bathroom. 2nd floor: *Bedroom 3 has a queen bed & twin trundle bed & TV with an attached full bathroom. This room has views of the ocean. *Kitchen & Living Room. The kitchen has everything you will need & is open to the spacious living area that has water views from the sink & from every window! There are books, cards, puzzles, & games available. *Sunroom-enjoy coffee in the morning & a glass of wine at sunset. There are wicker chairs, loveseat, & a table with 4 chairs to enjoy the breathtaking views of the sound & all the wildlife. The table is a great place for playing games. Outside: *There is a picnic table beside the outdoor shower, along with attached ring toss game & back yard. **To get to Beach Access 25 walk across the street on the beach path then left & you will see the entrance a couple houses down on the right. It’s a quick 3 minute walk.
House Rules
Please adhere to quiet hours 10pm-7am. Absolutely no parties. No smoking, vaping, or drugs allowed anywhere on property. Must be age 25+ to rent. No third party booking allowed. Maximum 9 people on property allowed. No pets permitted anywhere on property. No EV charging.

Guest Access
All the spaces are available to use except the locked owners’ closet in the master and 2 locked cleaner’s closets. There is so much space to utilize throughout the property. *The outside storage closet has beach chairs, beach toys, floats, boogie boards, & a wagon for your enjoyment. There are also 2 cruiser bikes available to use.
